We offer sessions for every level, and each session is capped at 6 people so everyone can get the individual attention they need. Get scheduled for a session here.

GROUP SESSION FUNDAMENTALS

Each of our goal-oriented sessions focuses on the foundational movement patterns listed below. While all of these movements are goals rather than prerequisites, learning about each movement will put you one step ahead and that much closer to your goals. Study here and be ready for your first group session.

 

HINGE

Deadlift
Double body weight for both men and women.

Kettle bell Swings
100 swings in under 5 minutes.

 

SQUAT

Bodyweight Squats

5 pistol squats, left and right

 

ROTATE

Turkish Get-Ups
50% bodyweight for both men and women.

 

PULL

Pull Ups
Men: 5 strict pull ups

Women: 1 strict pull up

 

PRESS

Kettle bell Press
Men: Strict double kettle bell press, 50% bodyweight per kettle bell

Women: Double kettle bell press x2 with 25% bodyweight per kettle bell
